| This new release by Berlin based Multi instrumentalist Duo Schindler features him playing here in a duo here with drummer percussionist Erick Zkwang Ericksson
Speaking about it Udo Schindler says, 'This is my first recording in a duo with a drummer, which is a new challenge and allows a more open playing style. The rhythmic elements come to the fore. The quest of my 80th salon was the local Erick Zwang Ericksson, whom I have know for decades, but had previously never played with. A operation was addressed in the nineties, but was not realised. All the more surprising and enjoyable is the result of our common interaction. The sensitive spatial arrangement of the actors in the audio sound image by Obrecht adds an important
quality to the concert document and enhance its impact' |
